Full-Step-by-Step Planning Guide: Your planner will send you a detailed guide on what it takes to plan a wedding and email you reminders to keep you on track.

Booking of Vendors: Your planner will suggest vendors that are going to best fit your budget. Once you have decided, we will get to work booking them. {Deposits are to be paid directly to the vendor, or you may wish to provide your planner with your credit card information, and we handle payments for you}.

Event Design & Decorating: Your planner will learn your wedding day visions and together we will come up with a design that will be remembered for years to come. You and your planner will schedule a venue visit to discuss a floor plan. On the wedding day, you can sit back and relax as your planner will handle the complete setup and breakdown. 

Budget Management: This is where your planner will the most helpful to you. Once a budget is set, we will plug it into a spreadsheet and ensure that you are staying within the budget. We have lots of ways that we can cut back and make the most out of the funds you have. 

1-Hour of Ceremony Rehearsal Time: The planner will be on-site to direct the ceremony rehearsal and ensure that the wedding party is familiar with the overall ceremony procedures. We will discuss any logistics pertaining to the reception and delegate any specific tasks as needed. We will ensure a solid contingency plan in case of inclement weather.

12-Hour Wedding Day Coverage: Your planner will cover all aspects of your wedding day so you can enjoy yourself and not worry about anything. Your planner’s time will end at 11:00 P.M. (including clean-up time). If it’s requested that they stay over that, it will be charged at a rate of $100 per hour per planner.
