Coordination of Caterer of Choice: An Ido Wedding Coordinator will be on site coordinating caterer arrival time, prep time, serve time, quantity expected, if bar service is included, if bartenders are included, if passing of appetizers is included, if passing of beer and wine is included, and if clean-up after meal is included. An Ido Coordinator will handle all arrangements of meal with caterers, tables allotted for caterer’s set-up, linens needed and any specialty items requested. An Ido Coordinator will also recommend caterer to Bride and Groom, set up tasting and all other details per the RSVP Guest List. An Ido Wedding Coordinator will assist Bride and Groom in recommendations for place settings versus paper and throw away cutlery. An Ido Wedding Coordinator will guide Bride and Groom in which menu choices work best at these types of events and which caterer to seek out due to their success at prior events.
