Wedding Ceremony Coordinating-Level 1

Wedding Ceremony Documents: Your coordinator will learn about anyone who is participating in the wedding party. We will then create your Processional, Recessional, and Ceremony Lineup.

30-Minute Ceremony Rehearsal: A coordinator will be on-site to direct the rehearsal and ensure that the wedding party is familiar with the overall ceremony procedures. All attendants will learn about any special roles assigned to them. We will identify and work out any kinks in the ceremony plan.

2-Hour Day of Ceremony Wedding Coordinating: A coordinator will be on-site 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time and until up to the two-hour time frame is met. We will line everyone up according to the pre-determined Processional list and instruct everyone when to walk, communicate with the DJ/musician on when to change the song and assist in pinning boutonnieres, passing out bouquets, and taking care of any specialty items for ring bearers, flower girls, or sign holders.

With this package, you have the option to hire your coordinator to decorate your reception as well.
