Simply complete the following steps to obtain an Alabama marriage license:
1) Download your Alabama Marriage Certificate.
2) Print your Alabama Marriage Certificate, fill it out, and bring it with you.
3) Bring a $73.00 Cashiers Check or Money Order (only) made payable to the Baldwin Judge of Probate.
We will notarize your marriage certificate free of charge so that you can mail your marriage certificate and cashier’s check or money order to the probate office where it will be filed and recorded. The marriage is legal once the probate court records the completed form. Couples must return the form within 30 days of the date of the spouses’ signatures.
